1️⃣ Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 500 CHF is due at booking.
This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2️⃣ Remaining balance
The remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days before the retreat.
If the balance is not paid by this date, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit will be kept.

3️⃣ Cancellation refunds
*Refunds apply only to amounts paid beyond the deposit and are calculated after subtracting transaction fees:

0–45 days before the retreat: 0 % refund*
46–60 days before the retreat: 25 % refund*
61–90 days before the retreat: 50 % refund*
91–120 days before the retreat: 75 % refund*
More than 120 days before the retreat: Full refund*
